A skilled litigator and advisor, Neal focuses his practice on serving businesses and entrepreneurs.  Holding both an M.B.A. in finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, Neal is able to use his business insight as well as his legal skill and experience to solve clients’ problems.  He has advised clients in navigating business deals involving real estate transactions, leases, and business asset and stock sales.  Neal has also represented clients before the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, the Indiana Securities Division, Indiana state trial courts, the Indiana Court of Appeals, the Indiana Supreme Court, numerous United States District Courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for both the Sixth and Seventh Circuits.
